Welcome to Rites and Rituals Counseling, LLC, owned and operated by Jay Cacka, a leading provider of therapy for men, both in-person and via telehealth. I specialize in men's work because I have a passion for men to remember our wholeness; to liberate ourselves from fear, shame and guilt; and to reach our highest potentials.
